It's our [biased] belief that we have developed a rather unique turn mechanic in the Ophidian universe. That's obviously something we're hoping is a "feather in our cap" but it doesn't come without it's challenges!
Because Ophidian Wars is aimed pretty squarely at experienced competitive card game players, it's difficult to walk the line of "familiar enough to like and grasp" and "different enough to not be just another MtG clone."
With that in mind, the Flow is intended to be a primary component in finding that balance - offering a new way to conceptualize and execute "turns" while still being relatable and easy to understand based on prior experience with popular card games.
