People's Champion Update 14 - Things to come: the future of Ophidian

You can't get away that easily...

So, what's going on?  

First off, I want to apologize for being so quiet lately. We've had a lot going on behind the scenes, and we were ramping up for a Kickstarter for our next set, Hostile Takeover. After planning it out a bit, we realized that there were things we wanted to include that would take a bit more time to plan out. This means that the next Kickstarter we run for Ophidian won't be quite what we had been talking about... but something far greater.  

Wait... what?  

Yeah, I'm not a big fan of "vaguebooking" but it's still too early to get into detail, so I'll tell you this: The next Kickstarter will be about more than just extra cards for your Ophidian decks. We're working on adding new ways to play the game as well! This means that you'll have additional ways to use the cards you already have, as everything will be 100% compatible.  

Ophidian 2360 was marketed and sold as a 2-4 player game. That hasn't changed. We still encourage you to play with 3-4 players, it's a lot of fun that way, too... but sometimes it's hard to make schedules work, right?  

The plan is for our next Kickstarter to include the ability to playOphidian 2360 cooperatively with other players... or solitaire!  

More cards. 
More options. 
More carnage!
