Arenaverse: Homeworlds Project Update #24 - Big Updates - and we're nearly there!

Test run complete! We've completed shipping of the first game we produced with our new printing partner as well as our new fulfillment partner.  (The expansion for Hyperborea - Hyperborea: Light & Shadow) Despite some very minor hiccups that were beyond our control (such as a shortage of available freight train cars!), we feel that things went very well, and we feel that the Arenaverse project will be able to be fulfilled even more smoothly. Backers should start/have started receiving their "referral codes" via email this week.  You can use this code as you see fit, but just make sure that anyone who joins the pledge manager (BackerKit) enters that code when asked so that you can both get credit for the referral! In addition to many small updates to the look and feel of the game, we've added some additional elements which serve multiple purposes.  One of the biggest ones is that we've added the idea of a homeworld/realm/system for each Gladiator.  (Homeworlds would be places that a Gladiator calls 'home' and does not mean that it's where they were born/created)   What do they look like? Homeworld icons appear in the bottom left corner of Gladiator cards.  Homeworlds on Gladiators Each Gladiator will have the same Homeworld icon at all levels. Example Gladiators with Homeworlds We're also printing cards for each Homeworld with some background flavor/information.  These cards can be used as an alternative to the draft cards for selecting Gladiators. Homeworld Cards While each system has no specific gameplay element, building a team that features Gladiators from the same Homeworld will offer some benefits in the gametext of some cards.
