Moments later I was on top of the pit once again, but now I was carrying the Orb of Scrying with me. So everything was as it should be … well minus one thing … how the hell was we to leave from this place?
That thought was all over my mind and over Oberon Smite’s mind too. Only Lila was not showing any concern over it. Then she smiled and asked me if she could carry the Orb. I gave her the Orb her smile got even bigger … God, I love that smile.
In a blink, she turned herself to Oberon and SHOT him …
OBERON THEN FELL INTO THE ABYSS …
I was without reaction … confused … scared … but I was able to ask her, “Why?”
The only thing that she told me was that the Orb will belong once more to the Shadow Rakaram. Then she kissed me and shot me in my belly … after that, the only thing that I remember was being down on the floor bleeding … but I also remember seeing a ship coming to get her … but then I passed out …
