Biography
King Ratha XVI is a proud descendent of a long line of Osiria warriors. He's got royal blood, but was going to be passed over by his old brother, a corrupt and wicked warrior! Only after discovering and controlling his mutant psionic powers, Sovereign was able to depose him. In the arenas, he is known as Sovereign and he is in a quest to crave his name in the Osiria Hall of Champions as his birth full right and become the Ophidian Arena Champion!
