It seems that the rivalry between Leoninde and Raskelon may be coming to a head again as the Raskelon Dkarthad movement's anti-human rhetoric continues to increase in many outlying systems between Leonide and Raskelon controlled space. Some fear that a second war between the two is inevitable, however most think such an event unlikely.
